Title: Yammer message processing issue

User Impact: Users may have been unable to publish notifications and message processing may have been delayed.

Final status: We’ve confirmed that connecting the service to alternate, healthy infrastructure has resolved the issue. The backlog of requests have also cleared.

Scope of impact: While we weren’t aware of any customer reports of impact, our monitoring indicated that a subset of your users may have been affected.
