Current Status: We’ve completed the process of restarting services and are shifting traffic to a healthy portion of the infrastructure to further reduce impact. In parallel, we are reverting a recent update which may have caused the service to operate below the expected threshold.

User Impact: Users may be experiencing delays receiving outbound Yammer emails.

Scope of Impact: A few customers have reported this issue, and our analysis indicates that this issue may potentially affect any of your users expecting Yammer emails.

Preliminary Root Cause: A portion of service infrastructure that facilitates email delivery is degraded which may be causing delays in outbound Yammer emails.
