Final Status: We found an application that was running an increased number of requests on the database which may have caused users to be unable to perform searches and use the autocomplete functionality. We blocked the affected application to mitigate impact.

User Impact: Users may have been unable to perform searches and use the autocomplete functionality.

Scope of Impact: While we weren’t aware of any customer reports of impact, our monitoring indicated that this issue may have potentially impacted any users who perform searches or use the autocomplete functionality.
