Current Status: Engineers suspect that a section of back up components was adding additional load to search requests. Engineers disabled this function, which provided relief for the majority of users. For the remaining users, engineers are still analysing logs to determine the next course of action.
User Impact: Affected users may be experiencing intermittent errors when using Yammer autocomplete functionality.
Scope of Impact: A very limited number of customers and users appear to be impacted. No customer reports of the issue have been identified at this time.
