Final Status: The investigation determined that a configuration issue within the Content Delivery Network (CDN) caused user sign in failures. Engineers updated the configuration to remediate impact. User Impact: Affected users were unable to sign in to Yammer. This issue would have only affected new users attempting to sign in to Yammer. It would not have affected users whose browsers had cached the user data. Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicated that a very limited number of customers and users appeared to be impacted. Engineers have received a few isolated customer reports of this issue.
