Final Status: The issue has not been reproducible since the problematic update was fully disabled; however, if reoccurrences of this issue are encountered users are advised to close and reload Internet Explorer.

User Impact: The affected users were experiencing a blank “Files” and “Notes” tab when using Internet Explorer.

Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicates that a very limited number of customers and users appear were impacted. Engineers received a few isolated customer reports of this issue.
