Current Status: Engineers are gathering additional log data for an in-depth analysis by clearing local browser history and actively reproducing the error. Analysis of previous logs was not able to determine if the problematic update was fully disabled.
User Impact: The affected users are experiencing a blank “Files” and “Notes” tab when using Internet Explorer.
Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicates that a very limited number of customers and users appear to be impacted. Engineers have received a few isolated customer reports of this issue.
