Current Status: Engineers have identified that a portion of the Yammer infrastructure is experiencing higher-than-expected resource utilization. Engineers are re-distributing service load to alternate capacity and are also disabling non-critical server tasks in an effort to improve the end-user experience.

User Impact: Affected users may be unable to access the Yammer service.

Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicates that many customers appear to be impacted by this event. For those customers affected, this issue potentially affects any user attempting to access Yammer. No customer reports of the issue have been identified at this time.
