Current Status: The investigation determined that high resource utilisation in the environment caused a portion of the Yammer infrastructure to become degraded. Engineers are working to remediate the issue.

User Impact: Affected users may be experiencing latency and time outs while using the Yammer service.

Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicates that a very limited number of customers and users appear to be impacted. No customer reports of the issue have been identified at this time.

Preliminary Root Cause: High resource utilisation in the environment caused a portion of the Yammer infrastructure to become degraded. The underlying root cause of the high resource utilisation is under investigation.
