Final Status: Engineers have validated that the DNS configuration change successfully remediated impact.

User Experience: Affected users may have experienced issues rendering Yammer pages.

Customer Impact: Yammer rendered, however, features that utilize Java Script and alternate site rendering techniques were not functioning as expected. This caused Yammer to render as a text-only site. Customer impact was limited throughout the duration of the incident. Impact was specific to users connecting from China.

Preliminary Root Cause: A DNS configuration issue was preventing Java Script and alternate site rendering techniques from functioning as expected.
