Our engineers investigated a problem that was affecting users viewing the analytics dashboard. This incident began at 10:10 AM, PST 01/12/2015 and ended at 4:15 PM PST 01/29/2015.
During this time, customers viewing analytics might not have been presented with up to date information. A table migration didn’t occur and as a result, a table fell behind and was filled with null data. Our engineers have performed a manual migration for that table and backfilled the correct information into this table. They are currently investigating why it never happened in the first place to prevent this from reoccurring.
